Every operation, set up the same way.
An outcome, an owner, the decisions, the agents and systems doing the work, results from your own books, and the cost.

Companies are expected to get far more done with AI, so they're handing more and more work to agents. That work still has to meet the company's standards, deliver results and justify its cost. Platforms manage their agents. The business has to manage the operations, and that responsibility grows with AI.
Ground Decisions gives every operation the same setup: an outcome, an owner, the decisions, the agents and systems doing the work, results from the company's own books, and the cost. The owner, Mara, runs the decision lifecycle. Here, proposed payment decisions are tested against the connected systems without releasing payments. Mara puts them into production, and every connected agent works under them. Ground checks results against company records, not just the agents' reports. Mara uses results and cost to decide what changes next, and changes the decisions without touching an agent.
In supplier payments, Decision 1 allows the agents' payment requests. Then a new kind of payment appears: payment before delivery. Mara decides once: those go to finance for approval. That becomes Decision 2. After a test, every connected agent follows it, routine work continues, and Decision 1 stays on record. Those decisions belong to the operation, not the agent.
One agent can serve several operations. The invoice-matching agent also handles customer returns, under Ada's decision.
So one operation can stop without stopping the agent. When supplier bank details need checking, Mara stops supplier payments. The matching agent's next payment request is refused; seconds later, its customer return is allowed. When Mara resumes, payment requests are allowed again.
The business can add a connected agent to check supplier bank details, under Mara's decisions. Agents keep being built, bought, fixed and replaced, on any technology; the outcome, the decisions and their history stay yours.
The same management extends across the enterprise: every operation has an owner and its own standards. Leaders will use results and cost to decide what to improve, where to invest, and which work to hand to agents next.

The problem
Platforms manage their agents. The business has to manage the operations.

The product
An outcome, an owner, the decisions, the agents and systems doing the work, results from your own books, and the cost.

The owner runs each decision through its lifecycle. Every connected agent works under the one in production. When the business changes, the owner decides again.

One agent can serve several operations. Stop one operation, and the same agent keeps working in the others.

Agents are built, bought, fixed and replaced, on any technology. The outcome, the decisions and their history stay yours.

Across the enterprise
Every operation has an owner and its own standards. Results and cost show where to invest next.

Where Ground fits
Ground brings business decisions, outcomes and economics together around the operations you hand to AI.
Start with one platform or connect several; retain that management as the technology changes.
